About Our Camp

Welcome to the Country Childrens Center Summer Adventure Camp. For decades, the CCC has been providing quality summer programs for families in northern Westchester. The Summer Adventure Camp provides a warm a friendly atmosphere where supporting the growth of children while providing a safe childcare option for working parents is the most important thing to us. The camp is constructed to create group unity and acceptance of each other’s unique personalities, supporting the great diversity amongst campers and staff. Our focus is to provide a fun filled, safe summer experience for children while continuing to support the growth of our campers.

A typical day at our CCC camp finds children of all ages laughing, learning, playing and growing. Each day children swim and play in an atmosphere where lasting friendships are forged and summer camp memories flourish.

The Summer Adventure Camp is well supervised by experienced camp counselors and site directors, many from the CCC’s own after-school programs. Often, campers from prior summers return to join our camp as counselors, adding to the Camp’s consistency.

The summer camp program is designed to allow children to explore their world and environment with a hands-on approach to learning while teaching teamwork and problem solving. Our unique facility is located in Katonah, New York on four acres of beautiful wooded property, with nature trails, a swimming pool, archery range, garden, amphitheater, beach volleyball, play structure, and an outdoor sports court. The Summer Adventure Camp offers a wide variety of activities and experiences for children like, swimming, arts and crafts, outdoor sports, games, science and technology projects, and special events!

We provide weekly themes, projects, special events, as well as other traditional camp activities in a family friendly environment. We hope you will join us in another great summer of friendship and fun.
